Waves of resignations eventually followed as burned-out employees reached their breaking points. At the same time that many organizations scramble to fill roles, our survey of frontline employees in four essential industries—healthcare, retail, manufacturing and critical infrastructure—finds that employers are falling short of meeting frontline employees’ most important expectations.

A survey of global business leaders found that the primary drivers for export growth this year will come from ‘growing demand in key markets’ followed by ‘expansion of operations into new markets' [1], highlighting that business leaders see demand remaining resilient in 2023.
