In order to shed light on the current perceptions and treatment of LGBT people in the workplace,The Economist Intelligence Unit fielded a Pride & Prejudice benchmark survey online from October to November 2015 among 1,021 opinion leaders globally.Their sentiments provide insights into the concerns that will need to be addressed in mapping progress for the LGBT community.

Pride and Prejudice is a global, 24-hour event spanning three cities around the world. It will catalyse fresh debate on the economic and human costs of discrimination against the LGBT community. The event will challenge policymakers and industry leaders to rethink the future of the LGBT movement and its impact on business.
