Yongah Kim is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company’s office in Seoul. She heads the financial institution practice and co-leads the health-care practice. She has experience in a wide range of industries, including banking, insurance, asset management, infrastructure and health care, especially in the areas of strategy and marketing across Asia. She speaks regularly at numerous forums on the topics of the financial industry and women in leadership. She is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council for Korea and has co-authored a book on Korean health-care reform. Ms Kim has a BA in business administration from Yonsei University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
