GE is experimenting with a more flexible approach to benefits design in certain locations.


“As we go into different markets, what we offer to attract and especially retain talent has to be very relevant and meaningful. If you are in Nigeria, what is important to you from a benefits perspective is very different from if you’re sitting in Moscow–or San Francisco. Benefits have to be more localised, more personal and more relevant to your workforce,” says Janice L Semper, Manager, Executive Development.
